GRAY GERMAN was close to the pace from the start and, forging to the front in the stretch, easily pulled away in the last sixteenth. YOUTH S HOPE raced wide early to reach contention and again in the stretch while making his move but finished well. BREEZY TOES took a short lead on the backstretch but faltered in the final drive. KIND CHALLA was outrun early and made a mild move in the stretch. INUNDATE had early speed but tired. DIAMOND STAR bore out badly on the first turn. ROYAL AGNES stumbled and unseated her rider soon after the start. ECHO GEM was outrun to the stretch, then came strongly to find an opening near the end and finished fast. SANDYS MINK raced wide all the way. JOE SABU finished fairly well. ASPASIA tired in the stretch. MADGE P. was unable to keep up with the early leaders, then loomed on the stretch turn, but was unable to threaten seriously. FRIENDLY MAN saved ground while racing close to the pace in the early stages and, coming out slightly for the stretch run, got to the front in the last sixteenth to win under hand riding. SIR TAW was outrun to the stretch, then came fast on the outside and was gaining. MORSE FLASH was a good contender from the start. BUSTER JIM made a strong move to head the field on the stretch turn but faltered near the finish. SUPERSCRIPT tired badly in the stretch. NQSTREBOR was close enough for a half-mile and then dropped out of it. LAZY BOGAN was several lengths off the pace for the first five furlongs, then came strongly on the inside in the final eighth and was up to win in the last str-de. EMARJAY came to the outside of the leaders on the stretch turn to assume a clear advantage but just failed to last. ELLIOT L. lacked early speed and then saved some ground m the last quarter to finish with good courage. RIP ROAD had something removed racing with SECOND BOND m the early part and had little left. TOLERANT caught TANBARK after going about three furlongs and, after taking a short lead on the backstretch was lightly rated, then had enough left to withstand challenges from ANGEL BREATH and PEPPY LASS and won jiuder hand urging. ANGEL BREATH rushed through an opening near the far turn and, although continuing "steadily thereafter, could make little impression on the leader. PEPPY LASS, well up from the start, moved on the outside on the stretch turn but weakened in the final drive. SARACEN DEVIL required to race wide early and turned in a creditable effort. LITTLE TIGER was never too far from the pace and finished steadily. DIAMOND NED was outrun to the stretch but finished with good courage. BARBAREBA was fairly well up all the way. LUCKEY PETE tired after havinq taken a good lead on the stretch turn. BE MAN, TURKOMAN, DEBBIE ANN and TEENABEE were off poorly.
