Bolin Leaving for Chicago CAHOKIA DOWNS. .East St. Louis, 111., May 9. — Jockey Harrell Bolin, who recently lost his five pounds apprentice allowance, is scheduled to leave the local scene Thursday for Chicago, where he is to report to Jack Hodgins, trainer of the Dixiana horses. The contract, held by George Julian, developer of the clever rider, has been leased to Dixiana for the 1957 racing season.
