Stewards Rulings i GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 9. — The board of stewards issued the following: "Jockey Walter Blum is suspended for 10 days May 10 through May 19 for careless riding at the far turn in the seventh race, May 7, 1957 at Garden State Park." CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis. III., May 8. — The steward here issued the following ruling today: "Jockey Frank T. FORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 9. — The stewards Wednesday issued the following rulings: "Clayton A. Locy, an ex-jockey agent, age 47, Akron, Ohio, is suspended and denied access to the grounds, and his ease is referred to the Ohio State Racing Commission, for falsifying his application for a groom license in that he is under Illinois suspension. It is also recommended to the Ohio State Racing Commission that his groom license be revoked." "Trainer Anthony Walt is fined 00 for employing unlicensed help." "Groom Willie Edward Dutton, age 28, Toledo, Ohio, is suspended for the balance of the meeting for disorderly conduct in the stable area, and he is denied the privileges of the grounds." TURF PARADISE, Phoenix. , Ariz., May 9. — The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Further entries of the horse Pass Pilot are hereby refused in accordance with the rule 176 of the Arizona Racing Commissions horse racing rules and regulations."
