Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Fork HAZEL PARK, Mich., June 4. The board of stewards today issued the following ruling which was approved by the Michigan Racing Commission: "It is recommended that jockey Howard Craig be suspended one racing day Thursday, June 6 for making a frivolous claim of foul after the running of the seventh race on Monday,"" June 3."
