Three Districts of SNARO Elect Board of Directors WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., June 4. In addition to the newly elected officers of the Society., of North American Racing Of f iciaJs announced yesterday, three regional boards of directors were also voted in for the coming year. The eastern division of SNARO directors elected are Francis P. Dunne, Charles J. McLennan, Henry J. Carroll, Leo ODon-nell, Owen E. Pons and Gordon W. Morrow. The central division directorate will be made up of John T. Morrissey, Fredrick G. "Pat" Farrell, Lawrence C .Bogenschutz, Jack G. Goode, Robert P. McAuliffe, and Frederic G. Crafton. In the balloting for western division directors Barry Whitehead, George D. Murphy, Wendell P. Cassidy, and Aidan Roark were elected. A sixth member will be named from a three-way tie in the voting between John R. Maluvius, John K. Macomber and George Zarelli. A resolution was passed unanimously at last Sundays SNARO convention in Chicago whereby members agree "to compile and publish a compendium of all North American rules of racing, with the commentary on their interpretation. And it is hoped such a compedium will aid the plan of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners for uniform national rules."
