Bulls-Eye in San Juan Special to Daily Racing Form EL COMANDANTE, Santuroe, P. R., June 4. The San Juan Racing: Association has installed a bulls-eye marker at the finish line of the El Comandante race course, following the suggestion made recently by DAILY RACING FORM and adopted soon after by many tracks in the United States. The bulls-eye, designed to prevent jockeys from misjudging: the finish line, was heartily endorsed by the riders when it was used for the first time on the Memorial Day program last week.
