M., EDST, all of the property owned by Wheeling Downs, Inc. generally known as "Wheeling Downs", EXCLUDING cash, securities, accounts receivable, deposit money due from the American Totalisator Co., and the unexpired value of insurance policies. INCLUDED IN THIS SALE: About 113 acres of ground, with all the improvements thereon. All supplies, modern automotive equipment, other equipment and personal property owned by and used in tfie operation and maintenance of, Wheeling Downs. Modern, sanitary barns stable 725 horses. Senior-type "Tote" board. Average annual mutuel handle, last four years: oyer 2 million. TERMS OF SALE: 1 Highest bidder on date of sale must tender certified check in amount of 00,000.00, payable to the undersigned Receiver. 2 Sale not final until confirmed by the U. S.
