Deny Appeal for Reinstatement COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 15.— The State Racing Commission has denied the appeal of Clem Ruebusch, former trainer of Cincinnati, for reinstatement. Ruebusch has been suspended since 1951 for allegedly offering a bribe to a veterinarian at Beulah Park. The veterinarian was in charge of the post-race urine sample taken from Two Duce, trained by Ruebusch. The chemical report on the specimen was negative.
