Named to New Mexico Board SANTA FE, N. M., June 15.— Gov. John F. Simms, Jr., has appointed Paul Woof ter, Socorro, and Elmer Hepler, Carlsbad, to the New Mexico State Racing Commission. When the commission met recently, B. M. Keohane was elected chairman and Ray Lewis was reappointed as secretary.
