Trio of Art Godfrey Horses to Waterford WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., June 15.— Three arrivals yesterday, by van from Charles Town, consigned to trainer Shirley Payne and better known by their ownership than accomplishments on the turf thus far, were Fraulein, Wee Ginny and Ruffled Spouse. All are the property of Arthur Godfrey, TV and radio celebrity. Fraulein, purchased at the same yearling sale in 1953 at Saratoga as was the more costly Lord Willin, the latter, according to Payne, now stabled with his inactive string at Charles Town, is a sophp-more miss by Pavot, out of Minnora; Wee Ginny is a two-year-old filly by Halberd, from Ginowee, and Ruffled Spouse is another juvenile distaff by New Moon, out of Natomas.
