Hazel Park Renews Its Charge Against Commissioner Inglis LANSING, Midi., June 15.— Hazel Park racing officials renewed their charge in the State Supreme Court yesterday that Racing Commissioner James H. Inglis is "prejudiced." Assistant Attorney General Wilbur De Young said it wasnt so — that Inglis was using his discretion in taking away three racing days from the Hazel Park race track. Stanley E. Beattie, Hazel Park race track counsel, argued that Inglis, through his action, wiped out an agreement among Detroit track owners providing for 56-day meets. De Young says the track has no vested right in racing in Michigan. The case was taken under advisement with a decision anticipated before Hazel Park opens its regular season August 5.
