State Officials, Press and Track Executives Attend Luncheon DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 15. — Governor J. Caleb Boggs, members of the state highway commission and department, and well known Wilmington newspaper and radio men, will be the guests of Benjamin F. Shaw IX, at luncheon in the Turf Club at Delaware Park tomorrow. Mr. Shaw is a member of the highway commission and a Delaware Park director. In addition to Governor Boggs, guests will include Donald P. Ross and Bryan Field, president and vice-president-general manager, respectively, of Delaware Park. Members of the highway commission who will attend include Hugh R. Sharp, Jr., chairman; Dr. J. Draper Brown, Dallas Culver; W. P. Richardson, Frank R. Grier and Thomas E. Burroughs, secretary. Highway department members include chief engineer W. B. McKendrick, Jr.; Col. Harry S. Shaw, superintendent of the Delaware state police; Harvey B. Spicer, state motor vehicle commissioner; Charles T. Gallagher, Jr., manager of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Members of the press and radio include Richard Rinard, city editor of the Journal-Every Evening; W. Emerson Wilson, city editor of the Wilmington Morning News; Harry Lemon of the Morning News, and William P. Frank, Morning News columnist and radio commentator.
