Stovall and LeBlanc to Lose Bug Turf ana: Apprentices R. Stovall and R. LeBlanc, who are active here, are about to become journeymen jockeys. The former has ridden 95 winners to the writing, the latter 93. . . . More than a dozen Tennes-see-breds ran last week at sundry of the nations tracks. This is believed by the Thoroughbred Club of Tennessee, of which we are an honorary member, to be a record since the outlawing of mutuel wagering in the state. . . . Twenty-three of the 32 Tennessee owners are also breeders. . . . Approximately 40 members of the Wilmington Advertising Club conducted their annual outing at Delaware Park today. Following the decision of the third race, which Gil Haus named for the club, president Matthew Leshem presented a piece of luggage to the winning rider. . . . The total added monies in Delaware features is 52,500, a new track record. . . . The estimated stakes and purse distribution is approximately ,325,000, also a record. . . .
