Royal Fan to Start in Regret Handicap DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 15.— Marcus S. Goldnamers Royal Fan, a clever winner here alst week, was transferred to Monmouth" Park, where she is scheduled to start in the Regret on Saturday. The Jersey event should provide an excellent "prep" for the four-year-old fillys impending engagements in the New Castle and Delaware Handicaps. Trainer John H. C. Forbes is likely to reserve the daughter of Royal Gem II. for the Delaware upon her return to the Stanton course.
