Arcaro, Longden Re-E!ected Eddie Arcaro was re-elected president of the Jockeys Guild last fall by the riders organizations board of directors which had been elected recently in national balloting. Also re-elected were Johnny Longden, vice-president of the Western division, and Ted Atkinson of the Eastern division. Dave Erb was named to succeed the retired Johnny Adams as the Central divisions vice-prejident.
