J., May 14. A pair of leading eligibles for Saturdays renewal of the six-furlong 5,-000 added Colonial Handicap were sent through final preps this -morning for their engagement in the filly and mare feature. Fred P. Meaghers Mares Beau went a handy 4 furlongs in :48 over the sloppy track while Mclver Pricketts Mrs. Helen breezed 3 panels in :39. Mrs. Helen, heroine of the Paul Revere Handicap at Suffolk earlier this season, has been assigned 117 pounds in the Colonial, while Mares Beau, who captured Laurels Capitol Handicap for her lone stake success of 1959, gets in with 115 pounds Saturday. First Test on Track L. P. Fruchtmans Bally Ache, a two-year-old son of Ballydam Celestial Blue and one of the leading eligibles for the 5,000 a d d e d Cherry Hill Stakes in Wednesday, May 20, breezed 3 furlongs in :38.
