May List Hancock Owner Of Dunce for Preakness PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 14. Trainer Moody Jolley refused to pay a fee to race Dunce under an assumed name and so the colt will start in Saturdays Preakness with the owner listed as Arthur B. Hancock Jr., instead of Claiborne Farm. Hancock, who is due in Baltimore Friday, may pay the fee, however. He owns Claiborne Farm. Out of state owners are charged 0 but Maryland residents pay only S10 to register their stable name.
