Commission to Visit Beulah COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 14. The Ohio Racing Commission will make a semi-official visit to Beulah Park for an afternoon at the races after its meeting Thursday in its Wyandotte Building offices at 10 a.m. EST. In the commission party will be chairman Thomas R. Lloyd, Cambridge; commissioners Otto G. Elliott, Millersburg, and Garrett S. Claypool, Columbus; William J. Cull, Cleveland, the states supervisor of horse racing, and James M. Burtch, Jr., Columbus, secretary.
