Boland to Ride Amerigo in Los Angeles Handicap - English-Bred Makes Seasonal Debut at Hollywood Saturday HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., May 14. Trainer Harris Brown has secured the services of jockey Bill Boland for his English-bred star Amerigo in the 0,000 added Los Angeles Handicap on here Saturday, he announced this morning. Amerigo will be making his seasonal debut in the 7 furlongs dash and it will make the first time Boland has handled Mrs. Tilyou Christopehrs performer.
