REBEL PRINCE never far back, came wide to make his bid and wore down BUSHER MAN in midstretch. The latter had speed, turned back a strong bid by ZOON and then held on stubbornly in a long drive. ZOON moved to the fore in the run down the backstretch to show the way to the final bend where under pressure he gave way to the top pair. DOUBLE PROPHET saved ground to make his belated bid. GRAY ACE was never a factor.
