Bishop, Keene Team Up SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 14. William Hal Bishop who will have the largest stable of horses during -the Bal-moral-at-Washington Park meeting, says his first string rider during the entire meeting will be Harold "Red" Keene. Bishop renewed a verbal contract with Keene for the Balmoral meeting this morning. The owner and rider, who have enjoyed much success together through the years, have been teaming this year since the Laurel meeting.
