Racing Board Members to Face Contempt Charges in Court Special to Daily Racing Form COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 14. The three members of the Ohio Racing Commission today were ordered to appear in Wayne County Common Pleas Court, Wooster, at 9:30 A. M. E. S. T. Friday, to show cause wliy they should not be punished for contempt of court in denying a mutuel department employes license to Kenneth J. Pressler of Orrville. The order was issued by Judge Adrian W. Miller. Pressler, in bringing the action, charges ! Chairman Thomas R. Lloyd and Commis-Isioners Otto G. Elliott and Garrett S. , Claypool are guilty of contempt of a court I order of August 6, 1958.
