Stewards Rulinas CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 14. The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey Robert Dever is suspended five days, May 16 to May 20, inclusive, for careless riding in the third race May 13, 1959." GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 14. The stewards here issued the following ruling: "Jockey Billie Fisk is suspended for 10 racing days, May 16 through May 27, for careless riding leaving the gate and through the stretch with Slim Penny, thereby causing a disqualification in the first race, May 13, 1959." CAHOKIA. DOWNS, East St. Louis, 111., May 14. The stewards here issued the following ruling: "Trainer A. L. Oxford is fined 0 for failing to report to the paddock to saddle his horses Little Spiz in the third race and "Bert B" in the ninth race on May 9, 1959." SHENANDOAH DOWNS, Charles Town, W. Va., May 14. The stewards announced the following ruling: "Jockey Angelo Vasil, is suspended 10 days may 15 to 24 incl. for careless riding going to the first turn in the first race May 12." WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 13. The stewards issued the following rulings today: "Jockey Robert Rigby is suspended 10 racing days for rough riding leaving the gate, after repeated warnings, in the eighth race Monday, May 11. Suspension .is effective May 14 through May 25. "Jockey Robert Iannotti is hereby suspended 10 racing days for crossing the field too sharply and causing interference in the fifth race Monday, May 11. Suspension effective is May 14 through May 25." AGUA CALIENTE, Tia Juana, Mex., May 13. The -stewards entered the following ruling: "For careless riding while astride his mount, Miraculous, in the second race May 10, 1959, jockey Manuel Esparza is suspended 15 days, May 12 to 26, inclusive."
