• Assign Evening Out 122 Regret Handicap Impost Cerise Reine and Dispute* Other High Weights for Distaff Event By WILLIAM C. PHILLIPS Staff Correspondent MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 13. — Mrs. George D. Wideners Evening Out was today awarded the post of honor in a group of 31 fillies and mares weighted by racing secretary John Turner, Jr., for the seventh running of the 0,000 added Regret .Handicap here this coming Saturday. The four-year-old daughter of Shut Out, who was divisional champion in her juvenile season, was given an assignment of 122 pounds for the six-furlong event that will be the third of the 18 stakes to be renewed over the flat during this meeting. Mrs. Ada L. Rices Cerise Reine wsa rated one pound under Evening Out, and three pounds above C. V. Whitneys Dispute. Evening out won the Miss Woodford Stakes and the rich Monmouth Oaks at this course last year and she is a winner of one allowance race in four starts this season. She was soundly beaten under second high weight of 121 pounds in the Top Flight Handicap won by Parlo last week, •but finished a bang-up fourth under 122 pounds in a seven furlong overnight handicap her prior start. Cerise Reine has several times displayed real class in her light campaign of three years, although she is considered best as a mud runner. The daughter of Requested has been racing well this spring and is reported from Delaware Park to be in excellent condition. in the Top Flight, but previously scored a surprise triumph at 114 pounds over Parlo, Oil Painting and Evening Out in a seven furlong race at Belmont Park. Woodland Farms To Cash, program favorite over six Regret candidates running: in a prep event here today, is pegged at 117 pounds. Darby Dan Farms Clear Dawn, also prominent in todays event, is rated at 115 pounds. W. J.
