MacCory Sues Magnolia Park For Amount Due on Contract NEW ORLEANS, La., June 13.— Wallace MacCory of Miami, Fla., dismissed last May 5 as general manager of Magnolia Park, trotting track, has filed suit against the night harness racing track for 1,-821.92. MacCory, who signed a five-year contract at 5,000 a year with the company Sept. 15, 1953, claimed in the suit that he was discharged "without cause." He said the sum listed in the suit represents the amount due him on the remainder of the contract. Magnolia officials announced today that .MacCorys successor will be Francis G. Stader, 45, president and general manager of the Audubon Park Raceway, Inc., Ev-ansville, Ind.
