Ak-Sar-Ben Attendance And Handle Show Increases AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 13.— Both the mutuel handle and attendance figures showed an increase today as Ak-Sar-Bens 35-day meeting passed the halfway mark. Mutuel figures through Saturday, the nineteenth day of the meeting, showed a daily average of 26,735, an increase of 4.02 per cent over the 1954 daily average of 09,550. In the attendance figures, a total of 177,377 persons have passed through the turnstiles since this meeting got under way on May 19. The daily average is 9,035, and the increase is 3.13 per cent over the total attendance of . 171,972 during the first 19 days of the 1954 meeting.
