Heiseys Oklahoma Time emerged the winner of the most thrilling race of the current meeting when he bested six others in this afternoons featured Kent Purse by three parts of a length with jockey R. L. Barber in the saddle. The winner, one of the rank outsiders, paid 2.60 and covered the six and a half furlongs in 1:21 over a fast track. Country Editor was second, a half length in front of the favorite Nightingale. Oklahoma Time was far back in the early running of the Kent with jockey Barber satisfied to let Embers and Dotty N race it out for the early lead. As the horses streaked into the far turn, Barber guided the ultimate winner to the extreme outside and at the finish was drawing clear.
