Stewards Rulings CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville. Ky., May 1. — The stewards at the Derby course posted the following: ruling- here today: "Jockey L. Risley is suspended 10 days for rourh riding- in the fourth race, April 27." SUFFOLK DOWNS. East Boston. Mass., May 1. — The stewards today issued the following- ruling:: "Jockey William Miller, jockey Hubert Trent and jockey Joe Cavens, each are suspended 10 racing- days, front May 1 to May 13. inclusive. Each rider was g-uilty of careless riding-. Millers penalty is the result of the ride on Mason Jennings, winner of the second race on April 29. Trent rode West-ville Jack, also in the second race April 29. and Cavens suspension resulted from a ride on Switch On in the third race of April 29."
