Gar Moores on Derby Scene CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — Gar Moore, public relations director for the New Orleans Fair Grounds, and Mrs. Moore, arrived here today from the Crescent City to witness the Kentucky Derby. Charles Boero, track superintendent at the Louisiana course, also checked in for the big race.
