Leach Host at Dinner CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — George B. "Brownie" Leach, personable public relations director at Churchill Downs, will be host at a dinner in the clubhouse dining room tomorrow evening after the Derby for visiting newspapermen, radio and television personnel. The affair, annually is one of the highlight events of Derby week for scribes, microphone men and the picture crew.
