11:30 A.M. Post Time CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — Tomorrows Derby Day program will get under way at 11:30 in the morning, with post time for the Derby itself scheduled for 4:30. Nine races will be presented, with the Derby the seventh race on the card and the secondary Debutante Stakes run as the fifth event.
