Omaha Gift to The Jockey Club CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — Omaha, who won the Derby of 1935, entered the stud at Claiborne Farm in Kentucky where he remained for several years until Woodward presented him to the Jockey Club breeding bureau at Avon, New York. In 1950 he was moved to Nebraska, is now quartered at the Grove Porter Farm at Nebraska City.
