¥ • Citation Entered Stud in 1952 CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Kv., May 1. — Citation is one of two of Calumet Farms seven winners of the Kentucky Derby at stud at the noted farm. After four years of racing, during which he became the first horse to earn more than ,000,000, Citation entered the stud at Calumet in 1952. During this brief career at a stallion. Citation has sired such horses as Fabius, winner Derby Trial, second in Derby; Manteau, Beyond, In Dispatches, Carmel, Evening Time, Watch Your Step, and, of course Silver Spoon, alt stakes winners.
