Shut Out at Greentree Nursery CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1 . — After winning the Kentucky Derby in 1942, Shut Out continued in competition as a four-year-old and five-year-old, although his racing at five was limited to two starts. He was then retired to Greentrees thoroughbred nursery at Lexington, where he still stands.
