Fast Strip 68 Times CHURCHELL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 1. — Horses racing in the Kentucky Derby have had firm footing for 68 of the 84 times the big event of American racing has been decided at Churchill Downs. On j fifty-three occasions the track has been termed fast* for eight renewals it has been good, and on seven Derby Days the track I has been slow.
